Each GemBlaze piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, designed with bold spikes. Because of the handcrafted nature, slight variations and imperfections are part of the design and make each piece unique.
✦ Materials & Care
Our jewelry is made using:

Stainless Steel (tarnish-resistant)

Copper/Tin soft solder alloy (lead-free and skin-safe)

Resin (for durability in select designs)

Glass, ceramic, shell, stone, and crystal elements
Care Tips:

Avoid moisture and prolonged water exposure to prevent tarnishing

Do not bend or apply pressure to spikes or structural elements

Store in a dry place when not in use
Tarnishing of copper/tin components is natural over time and can polished with a polishing cloth, or some baking soda and soap, dried thoroughly after.

Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 2–3 business days

Made-to-order/custom pieces: Ship within 7–8 business days
All custom orders must be paid in full upfront. No deposits or payment plans are offered.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded

If tracking shows delivered, GemBlaze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days

File a claim with the shipping carrier

Offer a resolution based on the outcome (refund, store credit, or replacement when possible)

If your item arrives damaged:

All costs are covered by GemBlaze in cases of shipping damage.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must have a valid reason (damage, sizing issue, etc.)
Non-returnable:

Custom or personalized pieces
Return shipping:

Covered by GemBlaze if the issue is our fault

We offer repairs within reason.

Customer pays shipping + repair cost

If damage occurred before in customers hand, repairs and shipping are free
Repairs are only available within the United States

All GemBlaze pieces are handmade and often one of a kind. This makes it harder for pieces to be replaced if damaged or stolen. If you are concerned about it getting to you, please order shipping insurance. Please handle with care and double-check all order details before purchasing.
